Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Downtown/Van Ness Ave

The first room assigned to us was very bad. We asked for a room change which thankfully they obliged. The room on the second floor had a lot of sunlight and even though it had a garage view, it was nice and cozy otherwise.

The property was very well maintained. The staff was amazing and I love the gated garage. I must say the beds were so comfortable even the pillows were the perfect amount of fluff and comfort. I absolutely loved the decor inside the hotel. It had its own charm. We definitely took advantage and took some beautiful pictures.

I dropped an earring on the floor, when I crawled around on the floor, I noticed little bits of what appeared to be peanuts imbedded in the rug. It was also very dusty underneath the dresser, that is where my earring was found.

The room was spacious and everything was clean and tidy. The facilites were in perfect conditions and the location was excellent for our needs. We walked around, found a few good spots to eat and even rode the cable car from the stop at California & Van Ness.

Comfortable beds, good toiletries, very clean, accommodating staff. Hotel looked renovated.
